Our Membership Options
From our humble beginnings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1915, the Fraternal Order of Police has grown to become the most influential voice in law enforcement. With over 2,200 local lodges and more than 356,000 members nationwide, we uphold the belief that no one understands the challenges faced by law enforcement officers better than their peers.
Founded as a representative organization, the FOP continues to operate on that principle. Every member has a voice and a vote in their local lodges. You, the members, direct the efforts of the FOP through your local lodges, deciding on the programs and benefits that best serve your needs. You elect your officers to represent you. While we have dedicated full-time staff, there are no high-paid executives. No other police association offers as much for so little. Whether in labor, legislation, education, or fraternity, your voice, combined with those of your fellow members, defines the Fraternal Order of Police.

We proudly invite all active and retired law enforcement officers in the Greater Savannah area to join our community. This includes officers from all agencies within Bryan, Bulloch, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty and Tattnall counties.
To become a member, simply fill out the form below. We will promptly reach out to verify your employment status and confirm your eligibility. We look forward to welcoming you to our supportive and dedicated lodge.
ANNUAL RENEWALS & UPDATED MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Lodge 7 members will receive an email in September annually, notifying them to renew their membership dues for the upcoming year. Members are required to renew their membership to continue membership in the lodge and to continue to receive any benefits of the Fraternal Order of Police.
To maintain accurate records, we ask that our members notify the lodge of any changes to their information as soon as possible. This will help us maintain your information with the State and National lodges to maintain your membership benefits. Members can quickly update their information by sending an email to president@savannahfop7.org.
